I have the quick detach windshield for my bob, I've gotten some buffeting at certain speeds with the windshield at a certain height. Maybe you can mess with it on hers--but I'm unaware as to how it connects and if you have many options. I think it looks better without, however.

The Switchback is a very versatile bike. Even though the bike is a "convertible", I never ride with the bags off. I also rarely ride with the windshield on. BBP is the 2nd best color on a Switchback

I've never really liked the switchbacks, but that color without the windshield looks really good! Looks like she's very happy with it too! Congrats!
