rebuilding front master cylinder?
i know a chrome cover is a cheaper option ....im not big on covers of any type.... if i do chrome something i like the part to be chrome not a cover over it....i was looking at a few on e bay though.... thanks. im almost tempted to change all the handlebar switch housings back to black ....im planning on blacking out a bunch of parts anyway

My SG had a lot of chrome goodies like this and some of them were still in pretty good condition and others, like the master cylinder and mirrors, were in really bad shape. I got a used black master cylinder for free from another local HD enthusiast who went all chromosexual on his WG so the chrome cover was one of the compromises I made that freed up some funds for other things I wanted like the HD Live to Ride long mirrors and chrome trigger control levers.
