Interesting response.

I guess the short answer for you is:
No. No one has seen any official correspondence.

Glad we could help.

I don't know where to find official correspondence but I did read somewhere that HD modified/upgraded the frame (I believe in 2012) to help correct the wobble problems. The fact that they made the change would be an admittance that a problem existed.

fall away, engine alighnment and motor mounts.

if you take your hands off the bars and the bike pulls left or right slightly your engine is miss aligned. check it out. found out mine was out of alignment. pulled left pretty good. had to correct my neck bearing problem 3 times before it became correct.

but at the end of the day its still a harley. and I have felt similar things coming down from a indiacated 120.

may or may not be your issue, but i had a nasty wobble at speeds above 120kph in turns. durign my winter tear down i found two culprits to it. nasty worn out stearing bearigns and the upper motor mount that goes between the heads well the bolt that holds it to the rear head was missing and allowing 1/2" of movment to each side of center on the engine by the time that transfered to the rear wheel almost an inch or so of travel side to side in turns. fixed them both and no more wobble. liek i said may or may not be your issue but worth checking

Did you know that this is not the official forum for HD moco? Not a huge chance that they would fulfill your desire on this forum. However, you got exactly what these forums are known for...advice based on experience from a variety of mostly non-mechanics.

Do they know about it? Yes, hence the frame change in 09. Will they admit it? Hell no, to much liability there.

NOPE......had no idea this site (an independently owned and operated enthusiast website) was not sanctioned and monitored by HD <------sarcasm

Like I said before, I was just wondering if anyone had read anything about it from the company or an article in which the company aknowledges the issue. that's it. got my answer. thanks
