Thanks for the feedback. It is a 180 Shinko not avon and the tail light is from custom chrome.
I am really wanting to do something with the mirrors, i think they stick up too high, especially with the tall gimps. Is there any nice looking options that anybody knows of.

HEY thats a good idea hacksaw i will check that out. i was actually just looking in the custom chrome catalogue at some mirrrors that fit on the end of the handlebars. Not sure how they would look have you ever seen them on a bike?
