To those with Sick Saddles..

I love the looks of the gator skin. Pretty big upcharge for the real stuff, so how is the vinyl? It looks like it would be kinda slick, like you would slide around on it a bit. Also, how is the back of the seat? It doesn't appear to have much of a contour to it, and even on the stock seat of my street bob, if i get on it hard i sorta feel like i'm moving backward. In other words, does the seat hold you in place under heavy acceleration?

I have one of the vinyl Gator seats and could'n be happier, it was comfortable right out of the box and got more comfortable as it broke in, i never had issues sliding around on it even at high speeds or in the corners, I don't have a passanger seat so I can't comment, call Ed and he'll talk to you about any and all concernes you have.

I love mine, never slid around on mine. I has a nice contour and you kinda just sit in the pocket.

Maybe it's deceptive , but it almost looks like more contour on the back of the stocker.
