Well I finally did it... Took the scoot.. 03 Superglide from 88 to around 95"
This is a list if what's been done.. V & H Big shots, Andrews 26g cams, k&n breather, Dan baisley pro street heads.. Screaming eagle forged pistons 10.5 to 1..
Still going thru the break in period... What is your best guess at hp and torque numbers ?
Have not put it on dyno yet as the motor still needs to break in..

On the website nightrider.com there is a list of HP/Torque results with each build and various combinations there of. Check out the site, you'll have to dig a little. Have fun with your build.

My bike is similar in size and also has a 26G cam. It runs 85 HP and 95 lbs/ft torque but with MM injection and stock heads.
So I will guess yours at 95 to 100 HP and torque just over 100 ft/lbs.
(1 HP per cubic inch is relatively common.)

I know this is an old thread, but the question was never answered. I have a similar build, but without head work. I'm very curious what this combo does with head work, because I'm thinking of spending the money on getting my heads ported.

i would think a 03 motor bored to 95" with stock heads and a 26n cam would have trouble hitting that 95 horses. Upper 80's yes but 95 just seems a tad wishful to me. But TQ would be around 105 or maybe tad better i think
