Just a few pounds off from correct tire pressure can make a big difference at speed. So can a wheel that is not perfectly balanced or out of round. Not a big deal for your shop to check out, and if nothing's wrong at least you eliminated those variables.

One of the 'other' brands had front end wobbles fixed by running 5 pounds over the recommended tire pressure. This was still under the max pressure rating, listed on the tire. Trying that don't cost anything.

I agree with Bikerlaw, The swingarm is connect to the Tranny, and it wiggles. I have the Sputhe stabilzer (similar to Tru Trak). I also have the Superbrace. Before this my bike felt like 2 pieces joined together in the middle. Now its like the bike is carved from a single piece of metal. Much better. Also a slightly fatter front tire (120) would help and upgrading the shocks..... Do all that if you want to take your bike to its full potential. But with Just a Tru trak or Sputhe you will be amazed at the difference.

The best thing I ever did was the Sputhe stabilizer, big difference. In big sweeping turns, I used to constantly adjust...Now its like its on rails. Cross winds, were a pain
Not any more Straight line stabilty?..... Freight train comes to mind.

My experiences and opinions, Im sure others will differ

I did my research and could not find a record of one successful case.
You made the claim, I assume you have a footnote, citation, or source to back up the lawsuit claim.

It would seem a percieved engineering defect, whether factual or not would immediately result in a class action lawsuit. There are countless examples in the transportation industry. Look no furhter than NHTSA inquiries, investigations and recalls.

Just respectfully requesting that you source your claim other than blogs, articles, and human interst news reports. Testimony and NHTSA reports would be much more accurate.
