Open it up and look at it. If it is a chain may be able to replace it and the bottom end be ok. You would then neew to pull the heads and check the valves and push rods. Look at the pistons also. Have broke a chain on a race car and bend valves and push rods.

Someone probably lowered the idle to 750 the hit the throttle and **** happened.

cam tensioner chains, case, bearings, cams, cam plate, oil pump, valve of rear cylinder is stuck open, not sure what else.

I don't know what's up with these 103's,but there are 3 new or near new take offs on Syracuse Craigslist for 2500-3000 bucks right now.Seems cheap to me!
