Default Does anybody know of stock bore 88 inch 10:1 Pistons?

I have been thinking lately that a set of stock bore 10:1 compression pistons, or maybe 10:5 would work really well with my S&S 510 geardrive cams ,
Thunderheader, and Modded CV carb.

I know with dirt bikes I have been able to usually find a higher compression stock bore piston kits and just swap pistons with no cylinder work. I would like to find a set to use in my 88 incher.

My bike is a 2000 Superglide Sport with an 88 inch Twin Cam. The engine only has 4100 miles on it currently so I dont want to go big bore yet. I would need porting or better heads to make use of that larger displacement, so I would just prefer to stick with an 88 incher until I am ready to go full engine build.

Compression and Manufacturer opinions and links to the website if you have them please.

As always, thanks for time spent to reply

From S&S:

510: Designed as a bolt-in cam for 88, 95, and 96 CID engines with compression ratios below 9.7:1, it is primarily intended for use with stock, un-ported heads. 3000-5500 rpm.

Not the cam to use if you want to bump compression. At a higher compression look at the 585.

Also, with the money to dig into it and swap pistons, might as well bore it. Only need to update springs in heads for anything .585 or lower. Do headwork later if you wish. Or get headwork done at Big Boyz for a few hundred bucks and call it good.

I did my build and my bike only had 8k on it

I dont want to change cams as the 510 cams are in my useful riding range. If I am gonna bore the cylinders I would just buy the S&S 97 big bore kit, which just so happens to put me at 9.7 compression ratio with the stock heads.

I did speak with Al at S&S and he said bolting in the 97 inch kit would do fine with the stock heads and 510 cams. Maybe this is the route I should take. I can get this setup for about $700

As far as cost goes, I found a set of Wisecos for the stock bore for about $250 and a James Gasket kit for $80 and that is all the stock bore piston upgrade would cost me. I do my own work.

I am not chasing peak numbers on this bike, I just want a great handling bike with respectable power. High 80 HP-Low 90s and Streetable Torque.

I'm thinking of doing a similar build. I've seen Screamin Eagle 88" high compression pistons on eBay for about $100. 10.25:1. Discontinued, might find them at a dealer for cheap.
Using '06+ heads and other parts I already have. Bike already has hq0034 cams and a SE cam plate. Should wake up my '03 for about $150.
