Footboards are nice. Half the parts come in chrome which I had to take to get coated and my exhaust sticks out too far and get pretty hot with my feet on the boards. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever.
How about scraping? I love the way they look in black, and I'm sure they're more comfortable than pegs, but I worry about losing a little cornering space.
Oh yeah...and wrinkle black legs with gloss dust covers: sweet, dude. I'm starting to think I need another bike just to try different mods on to see how they work.
Looks like you used the original forks of the street bob, and just the trees of the wide glide. Correct? I have a similar set-up, but I think the previous owner used the wide glide forks too.

Yeah I used the trees of the wide so I got a little rake (2degrees I think) and fork tubes/sliders off the bob. The bob has the same sliders as the dwg but the bob tubes are shorter. I wanted to lower the front end a little since I was getting the 21" and slamming the rear.

Thanks! No issues with the boards but then again I'm not canyon carving either. My pipes scape before my boards on the right.

Yeah I can get you a picture. I just searched 39mm turn signal brackets. The down tubes on the frame are 38.75mm and the bracket I got tightens down just fine on it.
