That thing is sweet. I had to look back through the pictures to see what you were talking about. I got a knockoff one from my sister for the puppies xmas gift and it broke the second time I used it. So I went out and got the real thing.

What belt are you using? I know HD has changed belt width a few times, so that can complicate pulley swaps.

I'm using the 1" belt. The pulley is wider but I've known people running that combo no problem. I'm close to 1000 miles since the bikes been back together and there is no evidence of any wear.

What rim did you use for the rear. Did you just relace the stock hub? If so where did you get the rim to lace?

The front is a 21"x3.5" from Jireh laced to stock hub and the rear is a 18"x5.75" i got from J&P also laced to the stock hub.

I like the paint job too. I worked on A-10's for 6 years and loved it, so i bought an airbrush and went to town. Was really getting bored with the black.
