Most likely there is a HD dealer in that state. If all else fails, follow the guidlines of your HOG membership.

Home dealer might be ok with aftermarket parts, but next dealer down the road might not. If you don't have EPA certified parts on the bike, it does void the factory warranty. Do a lot of dealers let this slide, yes, but take a broke down bike to one that follows the rules and you are SOL. The bike will be entered in the computer as altered for off road use and the warranty will be void no matter what dealer you take it to.

Ya like you said, that could happen right at home too. But if your broke down on the side of the road, you still gotta do something. So choose your poison.

So.... to clarify:
So long as any part installed in the vehicle (car or motorcycle) is installed properly, it CANNOT automatically void the vehicles warranty unless it is PROVEN that the part installed or poor labor work caused the failure of factory parts or systems that are on the vehicle.
Is my understanding of Magnason-Moss correct?

If you buy a Corvette and install an off road use only exhaust system, you have voided the whole warranty of the car.
