Default help head gasket problem

Well my weekend went to sh*t on Saturday night purchased some short shots and the front stud
Broke removed head today and the head gasket was a graphite gasket and the piston dome is super clean as well as the cyclinder bore. How do I tell which head gasket is for my bike its a 08 fatbob 96ci I just bought the bike 4 months ago dealer did not say anything was done to the engine but the valve springs have been changed to the beehive springs and the rocker box has been shaved down for fitment and the pistons are new. I'm in a bind trying to go back togather by Wednesday so I can make sure everything is fine for this weekend is there a spefic gasket for the bike ??

if it a gray fiber material its stock. the .030 gasket is made of metal with small brass rivets that hold it together.
