Default Chirping head gasket

My head gasket is chirping, I am wondering if some type of silicon or sealant will temporarily fix it for a couple months, its running strong, just would like some input... thanks

First, welcome to the forum.
The only thing I know of that will fix a bad head gasket is a new head gasket, not to mention what caused whatever the problem is. By chirping do you mean it's leaking?
You really need to give up some more details, like what kind of bike, mods, mileage, how and under what conditions it makes this noise, etc.
It's hard enough to diagnose a problem over the internet, even tougher when all you give us is one sentence.

They all do that![just kidding] Last time I had a head gasket problem on a Harley, was on my '45 45inch flat head. Started it at night, and saw fire coming out between the heads and jugs! But,what kind of bike do you have?

No magic fix sorry and if you run it sooner or later it will blow the gasket completely out and possibly damage the head surface doing it. I've seen grooves cut into heads from running blown head gaskets.

Default 2003 wide glide

I apologize, it's a 2003 wide glide, I believe it was from riding without letting it warm up properly, it chirps when I pop the throttle, and blows a puff of air out the front head on the left side

You really shouldn't be riding it in that condition.

It will let go when you least need it to, it's a one day job and there's a 3 or 4 day weekend coming up if you can't get it done this weekend.

Ok, I'll try to make time for it, will I have to replace the other gaskets at the same time, the rocker gasket was just replaced not long ago, had to have the cam chain tensioners replaced and he replaced those gaskets then, and also this will be my first time getting that deep in the motor, is there anything I should know, just dont wanna pay a mechanic $1000 to fix that, im pretty mechanically inclined as far as being able to fix things on my bike...
