It's less than a month before I take delivery of my 2013 Harley Street Bob. All kinds of mods have been running through my head. The first thing I'd like to change is the anemic headlight. Does anyone know if the 2013 Harley Switchback headlight assembly would fit on the Street Bob forks?
Nope, the triple trees and forks are unique to the FLD. The trees and forks will fit of course but there is on simple way to get a nacelle and fork covers on a 49mm setup.
Any updates on this? I would love to find out if its possible to do this to my Fat Bob? Any Harley Techs out there that think this could be done since you are familiar with both bikes?

Streetbob upper and lower tripple clamps look the same as the FLD's but have different part number. Please measure the upper and lower clamps at their widest points. I'll do same with my FLD.
Mine i actually a Fat Bob but the measurement outside of the fork tubes is 11 3/4 inches.
Whats the Switchback measure?
I think my tfork tubes are 49mm.

That does look sweet is bucket the name? Does it come in all chrome?
It was all chrome, and I powder coated the bucket and added the Frenched trim in chrome. The bucket is a used one off a softtail (I think) and the trim is a standard Harley part. With the standard trim, the LED sticks out a bit, thus the Frenched trim.

The Switchy is about the same. I'd have to remove the nacelle to measure it with any accuracy, but holding a ruler up to it, it looks a touch under 12". I suspect they are the same, and the only difference between the tripple trees are the hole under the lower treet where the nacelle bolts to. Something you could drill and tap on yours.
Worst case:
Prices from Cutter HD.
Lower tree 47648-08 $226
Upper tree 47661-08 $272
Nacelle upper 61400078 $194
Nacelle lower 61400079 $194
What did you need to get to use for a mount?
I am starting to like the look of that because It doesnt look very easy complete my initial plan.
