Whats the best way to install throttle cables from throttle to switch housing because so far it's a bitch!
I got new bars on so I'm installing new cables...they are backed all the way out so I have all the slack but once you put one on for instance the idle cable then the throttle one is too damn tight to put on...is there a trick to this should I install at housing first or throttle????? or any other way??
I'm not sure I get what your asking , but here goes. It doesn't matter which one you do firs. You can still twist the handle down to whichever gives you the best advantage, if the cables are connected to the throttle body you have to grab the cable with needle nose pliers and pull the cable out because the TB is spring loaded. So pull the cable out and hold it with the pliers, get the little ferrule on there and put it in place. Then line the cable up with the groove and that part is done.
I really do recommend you get a manual unless you have one .

Sounds like your new bars are a little too tall/wide. You might try turning the bars to the right - that shortens the distance between grip housing and throttle and might be just enough for you to wiggle the cables on. Once you get them on check to make sure the cables don't keep the throttle open at full left or right turn. Hope you get it worked out.

yeah so far I've tried both ways still no luck ...I've installed at the throttle body first then routed them to the housing onto the throttle grip or started at the throttle grip down to the throttle body....everything you guys are saying so far is what i've been trying it might just be a b###h!
If you have the cables adjusted the right way, you should have plenty of slack.Just like Uncle Chester said. I do the throttle body first and then the throttle control.
