Looks good! The bars and the split loom aren't my taste, but really like the rest

The front looks good naked. I likes the wide tire. You will have a nice time cleaning those 80 spokes. Actually, 160 spokes.

I kept mine to 40 spokes so I have less to keep clean.

Go to Russell Mitchell's site, Exile Cycles. You can see how he put the front fender on his scoots. It might help.

You don't have to do anything to the rear fender. It fits the style of your bike.

Got the front brakes working and took it for a little ride today, got up to highway speeds, did about 25 miles. At slow speeds, it seems to want to drift a little bit, left and right, can't really explain it. At higher speeds it feels good. I've never noticed fork flex in my previous FL bikes, but this wide glide front end with the extended forks has some flex. Which means I really need to install a brace, or spend some time and money trying to get the fat front fender to work. Well, A.D.D. kicked in, and I've decided that I'll have too much time and money into trying to get this front end right, and still end up second guessing my decision on this set-up. Sooo, I'm gonna start shopping for 39mm wide glide trees and just re-use my stock forks. It will make it a little more legit, since I should be able to mount the front fender without modification, and I won't have to use the caliper bracket (right now I have 2000+ caliper on pre-2000 lower fork set-u with the caliper bracket).

This will also give me another opportunity to reattempt the internal wiring, with a little more patience. Gonna ride it as-is for a few weeks until it starts getting a little cold. Once it gets cold, I'll have a good 2 months to work on it before its nice weather again, so I'll have time to get the trees, powder them and the lower legs, and disassemble/reassemble the front end.

As for the rear fender, I had thought about chopping it, or going with a swingarm mounted fender. Decided to keep the rear fender stock at first, in case the wife wanted to hangon and ride with me. If that ends up not happening, I'll eventually turn this thing into a true solo rider bike. She's still pissed I sold the RK, so she may not ever ride the dyna, cuz I think she resents it, haha. I like the seat the way it is.
