Default 30t sprocket ???
ok so ive searched and wanted to make sure if I was to change out to a 30t sprocket do I need to change the drive belt ?????????????????

Depends if you change your front, rear or both. Some work, some don't.

Each tooth reduced on the primary sprocket requires a 1/8" increased adjustment on the rear axle. This info can be found on the Andrews website. Do you have that much room to take up?

Original belt can be used when switching just on or both pulleys.

You will have to push your wheel back a bit, since the 30t is smaller.

Did mine and stayed with the original belt. From my understanding on a newer Dyna (last 5 or so years at least, not sure of the pre-'08's) provided you only changed the front you should be good to go. Having said that if I were to be doing a change on a pre-'08 I would be examining the drive belt anyway.
