New guy
I'm a huge fan of the Hard Candy Custom flakes. I think they're all pretty cool. Had I known Purple Flake was coming for 2014, I might have waited.

The bike started at $13,000
The seat and spring kit is about $550
Th bars are roughly $350 (more with cables and hoses really.)
The paint upgrade is $750
Fwd controls are $180 through H-D1
I can't tell for sure. Are te fork lowers chrome or just standard?
The reason I ask is that a black-motor H-D1 bike should have black lowers. If they're chrome, that's another $500 upgrade.
Another thing is this, when the black motor and candy paint is ordered through H-D1, the system requires that the 103" package is included. I find it odd that a Hard Candy Big Flake red bike with a black motor only has 96".
I think the tins and fork lowers were switched with another bike. This isn't a problem, but it indicates to me that the dealer will take a lower price for this bike.
Considering the upgrades, a price of $13k is a decent deal. Anything less is a good deal. Six months ago that bike would have been $15k with these mods. Being the new models are coming soon, and this bike might be a piece-together, I think you could get a good deal.
