Hey H D Bobber, where did you get the 70T rear pulley? I think I read something about earlier Dynas using them? Is it a perfect fit for the belt?

Rod's performance did mine, Fuel Moto 107 and Woods 555 cams. Did install comp releases. End result with V&H Big Shot Staggers and Big City Thunder Monster baffles, 105 hp and 115 ft lbs. Rod's is located in Alabama, but does a lot of work for people all over the country.

I have a thread located below about this:
https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...t-upgrade.html

Got the pulley from Surdyke HD for around $200 then had it coat by Joe. I got new chrome bolts as well
It works 100% with the stock belt. Huge difference, especially paired w/ the 30t front pulley. At 70mph in 6th gear I'm at 3,100 rpm's. Speedo was 9 mph faster, which I adjusted easily in through my Thundermax software.

BUTCH-
Thanks for the info I will check'em out as well

I was going to say Valley also. they have my bike in the shop as I type this

I don't think Valley is all that expensive IMHO. They quoted me $580ish for a set of pistons/rings and my jugs bored to match to make a 107.

I would also use WFO Larry for headwork.

Like everyone else has said give Larry a call about your heads. He can bore your cylinders as well for about $130.

http://www.larrysmotorcyclemachine.net/

If you want someone to build it use Valley who will likely use Larry for the heads anyway.

Where in Illinois? You could get a great tune once you are done from Jim Kennedy (StrokerJLK) who is in the Mattoon area.

Everything comes in one box with the exception of the actual tune.
