Default Fat Bob Value?

I am looking at this 2012 Fat Bob with just under 1,000 miles on it..

It has the RSD air cleaner, backrest, and Big Radius 2-1 exhaust.

What kinda deal do you thing is a "good deal"? Not really sure on the Fat Bob value.

Wow! That's a nice bike! The back rest cost about $500 also so that's a plus.
Blue book is $14K in Excellent condition so you can go from there.

What is he asking for the bike?

That's a sweet paint job. I say after the '14s came out with that ugly back fender the older bobs went up in value. What is he asking and the area you live also affects price.

Yeah, thats not the stock 2012 HD Orange like I have, looks nice! If you like the pipes and RSD ac, that is worth 1K easily plus there must be some kinda fuel tuner(hopefully not just a HD Stage 1 map). I paid 14.4k a year ago(at the HD dealer) for my 2012 FB with 600 miles and it was not set up as nice.

He is asking $14,500.. I put a call into him last night waiting on him to call back. While its a nice bike, I think $14,500 is a little high.

I also don't want to lowball him either, do you think $12,000-$13,000 would be a low ball?

I am in Kansas City.

The bike is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay.

Actually, with as new as that bike is and the mods...I would offer 13,500 or I think you will just **** him off. That is basically a new bike with at least 1500 in add ons.

13,000 would be reasonable!

That is a factory paint set and they aren't cheap...His asking price is not far off...Not sure what to offer on the bike but I love the paint!

I think his asking price is reasonable. Low miles, paint, add ons....like others said, it's basically new. Just make sure you see the value in those. If there is something you'd want to change right away, that makes it less of a deal for you.

FWIW, I had a '13 bob and traded it for a hard candy SB...this is best of both worlds. I like it a lot.
