Having been looking to upgrade my FB I know what all the upgrades are worth.
$14,500 is a good deal IMHO!

-KBB is $14,325 in excellent condition
-Custom factory paint ???
-Back rest $450
-Smoke turn signals $60
-Chrome battery cover $40
-Big radius exhaust $600
-intake $220
Is what I can see on this side of the bike. (Of course you'd need to discount for used parts)

He must have a TUNER? So that would be about $300+

You could offer him $14000 but don't be surprised if he declines. A bare stock FB would be about $14K He could strip it back to stock and get well over $500 for all the parts.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's already SOLD.

 

It's a nice bike. If you like the additions/upgrades, $14.5K is not a bad price.

It is the end of the Summer, so he might be willing to move some on the price.

Why is he selling - impulse buy or is he moving up to a Bagger?

 

My FB has about 5000 miles on it and if I put the body back to stock and put the stock rear shocks on it I would sell it for no less than $16000 but it has engine work done. If I were to sell it as is I wouldn't take less than $18000 so him asking $14500 for what I see listed there and assuming it is perfect then $14500 sounds very fair.
