A proud owner of a 2013 Harley Super Glide Custom in the two tone red.
They are going to take the 96 inch motor and build it up with a 103 inch big bore Stage 2 kit with a SE 255 cams. According to the Harley parts catalog it should have 10 -15 more horsepower than a stock 103 inch motor. I am also getting the forward controls installed since the mid mounted controls don't fit me. I got the bike, the engine being built up, and the forward controls for OTD $16,681.00. I think that is not too bad!
They are going to order the parts next week and I should be able to pick it up in about 2 weeks.
I am going to order some new SE 80678-08 mufflers and have them here at home so when I get the bike I can install the mufflers so the bike will have a louder rumble to it. I hear they sound pretty good.
I will let you know in two weeks how the bike runs.
This is my 4th and last Harley, unless I win the lottery. I am hoping to have it paid off and keep this into my retirement coming up in a few years.
