Default Windvest- just installed

Wow! I went for my first ride to work with the windvest on my bike. I merged on the highway and didn't realize I was already going 75mph- thought I was doing 50. What a difference! I'm not hanging onto the bars with a deathgrip at 80mph anymore. I only did 12 miles of highway, so I need to ride some more to get a full report. I also only rode with a full face helmet. Using my hand, I could tell there was a nice dead spot of air in front my face all the way up to the top of my helmet. Can't wait to try out my 1/2 helmet and see if it'll stop being a parachute on the interstate.

Mine does a good job of taking the air pressure off my chest and most of my head too, but with a half helmet and motorcycle glasses, I still have turbulence on my glasses that is somewhat annoying.

+1. When I had mine on it was the same. Just enough air to make my glasses bounce around. If I ducked about 2 to 3 inches there was a sweet spot.

I moved the top of my Windvest forward a little at a time and most of the wind on my hellmet is gone. Still looks good on bike.

Alan and Ark, it was ya'lls postings that I found while searching for "windvest" that pushed me over the edge to buy one. Thanks!

zimm your bike is really nice looking! Very nice mods. Those mid foot pegs look very handy and nice that they fold out of they way.

Windvest is the best but you do have to play with the adjustment a bit. I use a half helmet and sunglasses 98% of the time and have no turbulence whatsoever on my glasses.

Kinda wondering why you didn't get it in the smoked being you have a black bike?
