^ Are you sure Danofxdx would have to go to a chain to run a 180 on his 2001 FXDXT? I ask as I am running a 180 (on a 18" x 5.5" wheel) and am running a 20mm belt on the stock swingarm. I did have the fender horns cut and re-welded and am also using a Softail fender. In fact, it almost looks like there is enough room for a 200 in back.

I wouldn't know for sure. I convert to chain everytime. Running a smaller belt doesn't benefit me in anyway. To go through all the trouble of making a belt work I would rather run a chain drive.
Just to solidify the reason why I could never go this nuts, what's a ballpark figure this setup is at? Gotta think with the carbon wheels and Sputhe swinger alone the price is north of 5k. It's next level though, the bar is fcvking set high now folks. Think a set of traxxion springs and heavy oil is the hot ticket...not anymore. Kudo's.

This build with no engine or tranny work was in the neighborhood of 25k. Mostly parts. Labor wasn't a whole lot compared to the parts.
