I have a 2010 SB which also has the integrated riser. I put 14" Wild One Chubbys Outlawz on mine. They are a 1 1/4" bar, but they are 1" at the mounting area. There are lots of handlebars this way on the market. Loner Industries makes riser extensions specifically for that bike as well. They also make an adapter if you want to use a bar that is 1 1/4" at the mounting point.

I also have the 14" Chubby Outlawz. I just lowered my forks down about 1/8" in the trees.

I ditched the stock mini apes for KST Kustoms Mayhem Apes. I used a 1" riser extension from LA Choppers to clear the trees. Got it from J&P: http://www.jpcycles.com/product/561-112

Street bobs have integrated risers on top of the tree, that is why the OP started this thread. When you can't remove the risers it really cuts down on your bar options.

The only way to put T-Bars on a Street Bob is to change the trees. Probably be better off to get the riser extensions and go with a broom handle bar with some pullback?
