hmm..options..do you know which dyna models have the same fork width as the street bob? i know i ran into this problem with my zx9r interchangability..
When buying new bars, a rough formula to follow is to measure the increased heigth + 1/2 the increased pullback that the new bars will give you. This amount will be very close to how much additional cable and brake line that you may need. However, the best method is to fit the new bars to the motorcycle and then make the increased length determinations, if needed at all. http://www.sideroadcycles.com/Americ...andlebars.html
I'm curious which bars you have, the wide (11.5") or the narrow (9.75")? And the rise? Also of you have any more pictures I'd love to see them, trying to make the choice for my own bars. Thanks.
sorry to jump the thread but what about t-bars ? do you just remove the riser and bolt to top tripple tree ?
you have a new street bob, dont you? If so, your options for bars are almost limitless. Harley got rid of the integrated risers for the '13 and newer sb. Its the '12 and older bobs that are limited on options.
The only way to put T-Bars on a Street Bob is to change the trees. Probably be better off to get the riser extensions and go with a broom handle bar with some pullback?
West coast t bars make a set designed for the street bob with the integrated risers.
