Dont have a photo and am out of town so cant take one til next week but do a search on ebay and you will find some real nice aluminum ones. I got a set for a 4 cylinder car. They have 1 pice for 4 wires and 2 pices for 2 wires. Come in 4 or 5 colors. I got black and it looks real good.

The rear support you can use part of a large tie wrap, poke two holes through it with a soldering iron, and use two small tie wraps to tie the leads together.
