C&C to back rest or not

C&C to back rest or not
so im looking at having a sport tour made for my super glide. I am trying to decide if i want a back rest or not. im 30 with no back problems and 5'10" at 220. I am not really planning on serious cross country rides. how far can you guys go on C&C without it bothering you?

I also have a super glide, and am 60 years old. With my C&C seat with no back rest, I can ride a couple hours, take a smoke break and ride some more. With the stock seat, about a hour was all i could take.

I have the fastback, it has pretty good support and am good to go for long rides. Also have the back rest, which is more for attaching my day bag. But it does help out. I would go for it.
