Which one to buy
Guess I should have jumped on the 05s when I had the chance. I would not have wanted to have ordered the bike yesterday only to be told "bike is yours...sorry but no upgrade".
I just found this on another forum. There are always allot of rumors around but if this is true it might help you make up your mind (get the 05).

Guys,
I'm sorry but I feel "compelled" to give my .02 on this one here.....[&:]
I bought an '05 Superglide as some of you know....It has 600 miles on it, and I have modifying it since it had 17 miles on the clock, when I pulled her in the garage! (no kidding!!!)[&:]
You fellas (and gals), buy a darn manual, and wrench it yourself!
Im not gonna lie, I HATE to work on bikes, i'd rather just polish and ride, but first I gotta build it into "my" bike, i.e. it's not okay for other peoples Superglides to look like mine, so I do it......Not too concerned about the law.....a little yes, but life is short and I'm not gonna ride a stocker, but that's just me. Do the right thing and get the '05 Low rider. I wanted a "stripper" with EFI and wire wheels.....that way I saved $$$$ and am building it MY WAY!!!!! Me and "POCOCJ" are on the same wavelength on this....NO windscreen, NO bags, ALL stripped down and light, making MAX power out of a reliable but tweaked "88"..........and life is good!

SC- did they happen to say what dealer it was? I haven't seen anything on this in any other forum, I'm going over to Moroney's in the morning for parts, I'll see what their take is. Just makes me glad I bought an '04.
