'13 Wide Glide front end

'13 Wide Glide front end
I'm going to be taking apart the front end to get the lower forks, dust covers, triple tree, and nuts powder coated in a few weeks, (have to wait for this broken leg to heal). I just had a couple questions before I get started.
1. I assume I should replace the seals when I do this. Is that correct?
2. How difficult of a job is this? I don't have much experience with working on motorcycles yet. I can do basic car work, (replacing exhaust, water pump, alternator, etc.)
3. Found a shop in town that'll do the sand blasting and powder coating for $125. Is this a good price?

A dealer sells them for about $60. Or, from HD:http://www.harley-davidson.com/shop/...service-manual
If you have the time (and patience) they do come up on ebay now and then. I prefer the factory manual over the "aftermarket" ones.
