Inspection cover compatibility?

Inspection cover compatibility?
While the bike was apart I saw no need to reinstall the inspection cover with the hole and cap from where the mid control shifter used to be. I want a solid cover without the hole. Anyone know what years/bikes are compatible? Not really looking to pay moco prices for a brand new part, I'd like to shop either a good used one or inexpensive new one on ebay or locally, but don't want to order something and find out it doesn't fit.

just ran down to the local "Hawg Shop" and picked one up. It's for pretty much any big twin. Looks like the only difference is it has countersunk bolt holes rather than just straight drilled. Not a problem.
