WD or FB front end Parts?

HI, iv been doing lots of reading on switching my street bob front end so I can put a 21 inch wheel on there but the problem I am having is finding parts? just wondering if anyone knows a place I can buy from?

also if anyone has delt with HDwheels.com before? iv talked to them and they said they can make me a 21 inch wheel that will lace up and fit direct on my SB front end but its 1100 bucks plus shipping?
