Default Ramp for Dyna

I have a regular ramp that I used to use on my sports bike.
So if I ever need to load the Fat Bob to my truck, can I use this ramp? I don't know the capacity load on this ramp. It's an aluminum ramp that curve. This is not the regular dirt bike ramp.

What kind of ramp do you use when you need to.

Call the manufacturer and see if they can give you the weight rating.

To be safe you need one with 1000 pound capacity.

And...make sure someone's video taping your ramp loading ventures...fails make great "funniest video" submittals...

If you need to haul your bike(s)...trailer is safer bet. Might want to invest in one of these: http://www.northerntool.com/shop/too...6701_200466701

Rated @ 860lbs...should be plenty oomph for your Dyna...JMO.

Once you get it in the truck. Use your tie downs correctly. No straps to handle bars blinkers etc.

The placement of your truck can either help or hinder your experience. If on an incline, back the truck up to a point where the ramp will be at the lowest angle. This a great help believe me. Make sure the ramp will not move went rolling the bike on it. This is most important. Just my two cents
