This is so cool...
I am riding my bike down a country road and go to pass a car that was doing about 65 - 70. I was in 6th gear and sped up and noticed the bike pulling all the way up to 80 mph.
Then I got to another straight road and sped up to 90 - then 95 and the bike was still pulling hard on my arms and I was hanging on for dear life. I looked at the tach and the engine rpm was only at about 3400 -3500 rpms.
Could that be right? At 95mph - 3500rpms?
It was still pulling hard at that speed.
I would hate to see if I had downshifted into 5th.

Sounds fine to me. I don't have a tach, but I've hit the rev limiter in 3rd and I was going 90. I've buried the speedo at 120, not sure actual speed because I didn't have GPS and she was felt like she still had more. It just gets a little sketchy with apes and no windshield, felt like I was going to fly off!!
