New pics of the 16" Ape install. Finished it this morning and just took for a test ride. Everything worked real well. Front brakeis a little soft, so I'll have to bleed it again tomorrow. Real happy with them.
Thank you all for all your input and special thanks to Thebestofindica for the informative play by play post.
The bags are Willie and Max brand. Picked'em up off the shelf at a dirtbike store in my area for less than half price. I have two sets of WM bags. These and another much larger set I use in the winter for my leathers and stuff. They are synthetic, and work OK for me. had to go cheap, couldn't afford the stealerships $500+ factory options.
Large bags:

Do you use supports behind the bags, do you attach them or just throw emoverand do you have approx dimensions on the small bags? Then I'll leave you alone. Promise. Maybe.
I'm 5'9". I posted a thread on here titled '14" or 16" Apes?'. I got a lot ofgreat info and feedback from other riders. Check it out. When I made the final decision, I have always heard that with apes, guys always wish they went higher. So, with that in mind, I went with 16" and figured if they turn out to be too high, I can go down in size easier than going up (cables, wires, etc).
Found anauction on Ebay for the 16" kit incl/cables for $289.95 from HCCustom Cycles in Texas. Called them direct and ordered the kit. Also ordered the Chrome Controls. Used my own grips and mirrors. Parts are all brand new and come in the manufactures packaging.Robert there was very helpful. PM me if you want any additional info.
