Default Switchback wheels installed

I got the front rim/tire mounted today. Weird thing, the new wheels are machined for the wider bearing, so I was able to use standard bearings for my '07. For the front anyway it's a direct swap so far, the axle spacers fit just fine. Not sure what I'm going to do for a fender, it will be a stock fat bob or something custom. I was in the middle of sanding off the clear on the forks when I took this, will have to get a better pic when I'm done.

Looks great.

I had looked into doing the switchback wheels on my 2011 Fxdc, and read the rear will bolt on but the front won't work.
I assume the wide glide has wider forks and that is how the front worked for you.

Looking good....I notice you don't have a rotor on there yet...I will be interested to see how the brakes line up as I had to space the rotor out a couple of mil...

Cheers...Sparra

Here's a couple of pics of the tank right after paint and in the sunlight. It's a Jeep color called Mango Tango Pearl. The pearl makes it change to kind of a gold in the sunlight.
