Guys - Need some help here. After I put my tins back on, I have a grommet left over, and I don't know where it goes. I thought it went on the rear fender, but Ive already used the holes on the fender. The manual doesn't show where this grommet goes and I don't have the parts explosion manual. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
This is the grommet upside down...
This is the grommett right side up..
As you can see, I don't have any more holes in the fender. Where does it go?
This is a 2002 FXD.
Guys - This was not a test, but I think WS6 got it right. It wasn't till he mentioned it, but I think it IS from my daughter's Mountaineer rear door! Sorry - I didn't mean to waste your time - at least I know it doesn't belong to the bike.
Oh, and about the fuzzy pictures - its a 7 year old Kodak 2MP camera. I've never been happy with the closeup performance. It is time to get a better one!
