Well there are limited options for a rear fender that's shorter, heartland kit, which is $2k, that's for the whole rear end conversion, then you can just chop it yourself, or take it to any body shop, which shouldn't cost more than $100, here is mine.

Danny Gray, you can order it directly from DG, or you can check on ebay, they got some pretty good deals, plus I lowered the rear so that decreases the gap also. As for the fender chop, well it's usually a pretty clean cut, and very minimal touch up paint needed, the shop should do it for you, if not, it's fairly simple, I did cut the fender more since those pics that I posted, I cut the holes where the marker lights are mounted on/in and replaced the lights with mini bullets, or you can just chop right before, or after the holes, then have them drill new holes for your stock lights/signals.

Danny Gray makes a seat just for the rocker C, it's perfect fit, and comes with 2 bolts for the seat, and 2 extra bolts for the bracket holes, I colored matched them to the bike, and I used a cutting wheel. As for the lowering kit there are al ot of options you can go as far as you're wishing to spend, from the lowering bolts on ebay (which I got) for $20, to air ride suspension, where you should contact Dr. V Twin ( he's a member of this site, just use the search) for those I don't know your budget, the blots make the ride rougher but just a bit, not too bad.
