My 96 was smokin 103's before I put in cams... its a very marginal difference. Save the money and go 96. You'll spend what you saved on mods in a day anyway

I have the 96 and its plenty of power for me and a lot of other guys. if you're only going to get 10 more hp with the 103 than why bother. how fast does she plan on riding down the road.. the 96 is a mean bike, the only real difference she might like is some of the details of the looks, save the cash for mods instead. how tall is she, she might want to cange the bars and ofcourse the pipes. look at the picture section and see what people here have done to theirs.

you should try a company in upper NJ called th cycle exchange. it's where i bought my super glide. it's an '08, it had 5650 miles and was 8,000 $. they have a ton of inventory..shipping was 250 bucks.
