Holy crap! I have to install new goodies the second they hit my front porch. I couldn't have waited 6 months for this problem to happen.[8D]

Steve -

Good Luck dealing with them - hope it works out. I'm sure by now you know that once the dealer/moco get their hands on your $, they do not want to give it back - ever. They want to get every dime out of you they possibly can.

Not to change the topic - but I have a loan thru HD Credit. Paying bills yesterday, I noticed a "DirectPay" option. Sounded good so I went to the site, just about all the way tru the process - and at the end their was a $2 "convienience charge". Now most companies that allow you to pay this way understsand that it is a money saver for them - less people in accts receivable, more computers doing the work - it's a convienience for THEM! They just want as much as they can possibly get. I love my bike but I'm disgusted by the moco and their dealer network.

Steve, good luck in your quest but even if they did replace them, how? They quit making the SEII's altogether. My dealer replaced my end caps for me because of some flaking chrome but when I asked about my 1 SEII that had a loose baffle, they told me even if they would replace it, you can't get them anymore. Your probably be better off checking out eBay, they're adime a dozen there. Tim
