I installed my 4.5" pullback riser on my 2013superglide this weekend. No cables or wires replacement needed. Did not even pull wires from under the tank. There is still so much slack that I want to replace it with 5.5" riser. I think this riser will be the max riser I can install without getting longer wires and cables. I feel like I need the handle bar a little more closer to me to almost sitting up straight and not in lunge position. Standing just 5'5" tall.

I also found the low handlebars on my 01 SG put me in an uncomfortable riding position for long rides. I solved that problem with OEM 10 inch mini apes for a WG. I had to change the control cables and brake line. Love the look and I made a 1500 mile road trip this summer with no discomfort.
