RE: does putting "bob" in every title annoy anyone else?
I suggest from hence forward we refer to all Street Bob's as Dyna SB's. That way when we say,I'm thinkin' about doing this or that to this Sum Bitch, we'll all know that the SB stands for Street Bob and nobody will be offendedby the reference to Bob.
But I really like that SB I'm riding so if you wanna call it a Bob,that'll be OK too.Another advantage is that if you call me a SB,I won't know if you are calling me a real SB or just referring to the bike I ride,so i won't be so offended.
Thank God winter is almost over for the rest of the country so we can all get on to some serious chit to talk about like what our ride was like today.Speaking of which I got a really bad sunburn Sunday and that SB still hurts, damn this hot weather. Will it ever cool down again?
RE: does putting "bob" in every title annoy anyone else?
I think the "bob" is the best thing that has come out of Harley for some time. It is wildly popular, ultracool IMO, and gives you more bang for your buck. I guess it was a done deal for me because my name is bottom (Bob really) and my tag is "fat bob w" (vanity plate V2 FBW).
When I saw the catalogue in '06 I just had to have it. Plus, at 300 lbs (me, not the bike!) I would have to had a sportster surgically removed from my a$$ crack .
And finally, you see "Bob" in a title now and you know exactly which bike they're talking about and you can home in much quicker if you need to.
