Ok I did search the forums already and yes I have a manual. But I still have taillight questions. I'm looking for the absolute smallest and darkest taillight I can find thats NON LED. Nothing wrong with them I just dint like them. I see about everyone here uses the Kury one buts its just not turning my crank. I saw a cpl I really liked like the cats eye style but I have no idea how they would go on the bike.I'd prefer a straight bolt on I can do something light fab but my garage just isn't set up for it Anyone who has a non LED non cookie cutter Kury set up please let me see what you've been doing and talk to you about what it took to install. I've already used the smoked signal covers and I'm looking for just the right license plate bracket combo.
Why don't you make your own? Why don't you like LED? You can hide the LED behind a glass/plastic lens if you don't like the little bubbles.
You can pic up single LED's for pennies. Get that goo they poor in that becomes solid and find yourself a bucket you like and presto...instant tail light.
All I'm looking for is a nice plain smoked tailight but just like a cheap little cover the slanted one similar to the LED. I just don't like LED they are too bright and the just would be the opposite of the look I'm going for.
hmm.... based on your first post I thought you were looking for lens with a look different than the Kuryakyn. If your only issue is with the LED aspect, and not the lens itself.... Kuryakyn sells non-LED lights. http://www.kuryakyn.com/products.asp...ey&ci=3763
I'd love to do an old style cats eye I think they really look sharp but I've never seen one smoked and I want something that is a direct replacement I'm just too lazy to fill block and prime paint etc.
