For louder, you simply need to remove the baffles. On a BR, that may be difficult since the baffles are installed and then bent with the pipes to form the curve.
Not sure if this is an option for the BR's but, I have the competition baffle in my V&H Pro Pipe and love the sound. Loud, deep rumble
Sounds a hell of a lot better than the quiet baffle.
I thought that removing the baffle would cause a performance loss?
And Robbie .. love the new pipe bud looks great. What is it ?
You need some amount of back pressure for the fuel injection. I would talk to Kevin at DK first. They are a site sponsor and they are awesome folks to deal with and talk to. The curve of your pipes are what present the problem as far as replacement baffles/lollipops.
Thanks for the compliment. It is the V&H Competition exhaust.
The baffles in the big radius come out fairly easily but they don't do a whole lot to the sound in or out. I wanted to get a deeper sound and the big city thunder baffles worked pretty well.
So just pull them to get louder or some BCT baffles to get a little more power back and a slightly deeper sound.
The DKCustoms Thunder Torque Inserts will work in just about any pipe. You only have to open the screw hole for the original baffle big enough (about 5/16 dia.). They offer enough back pressure for the bike to run well, a nice rumble at idle, a relatively quiet cruise and pretty loud when you twist the wrist.

Thanks QC! PM'd DK as well. I figured it might fit but wasn't sure.
