wanna trade?
any '06-'07 superglide owners want to trade their[gloss black] electrical and/or battery covers for wrinkle black?
otherwise i'll be stripping and powdercoating mine....just thought i'd toss this out there just in case!
also... any '07 bob owners that want to trade their pleated stock seat for the smooth '06 stocker please let me know!

Before you go through all the cost and effort of stripping and powder coating these covers, did you ask the guy at you local HD Parts Counter what it would cost to buy the OEM parts you seek? While trying to eliminate waht I consider to ne the overabundance of chrome parts on my FXDBI, I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive some of the OEM wrinkle black parts were.

firefighter3666...since i'll be stripping/powdercoating them myself...the only expense would be my time...and the main reason for the post was to help someone who may have wanted the wrinkle black stuff..as there are quite a few supergliders "bobbing" or "bobberizing" their rides..and hey if we can help each other out...both get what we want ...for minimal $$ what could be better?
