i have a 94 FXDWG

can SOMEONE please! explain to me why these won't work on my wide glide. i've got forward controls, 2" forward.

if i mount the pipe to the engine instead of the frame, i fail to see why this will not work

is the port spacing different or something? Oil cap location?

 

Pipe will mount to the engine just fine.

Usually it's a clearance issue, or in some cases frame mounting. Soft tail pipes seem to ride up high, and tighter in than Dyna or FXR pipes.

I have a soft tail/chopper pipe on my FXR w/mids. Took a big of adjustment, but it fits.

Try contacting Santee to see when/if they will have a system for your Dyna. Or if they know if the Softail exhaust will fit.

Edit: best i can tell is, Santee is part of Custom Chrome?

if that's not the case then i'll be damned if i can find any contact info for them.
