Default need help on gauge mounting

I have a 2001 fxdx and I want to do tbar and I don't want to clamp my gauge on the top nor put it in t h e front. I brought an accutronix clamp because the guy said I could do reverse but it has turned out horribly wrong plus I plan on pitting an narrow glide fairing on...

Put a pic of it turned around the problem I'm running into is how he mount gauge is shaped...
