Default Red calipers?

Kind of a weird question, but has anyone powder coated their brake calipers a different color? Every time I see a performance car with red calipers I think it looks pretty cool. Doesn't really matter what color the car is. I saw a black Corvette the other day will red Brembo calipers and that little bit of red really "popped". Anybody done this with a Dyna?

If anyone has done this, it would be Joe @ The Powder Pro. Check with him!

we have coated several calipers in red, but never get a pic when they are on the ride! i have white on my cafe, soon to have blue and gloss black on my dyna... but here is a link to our caliper section in our gallery, you will see we also shave hd calipers for cleaner look

Those look great. I think Im going to do it. I don't want the down time so Im guessing I need to pick up another set of calipers and ship them to you. Im going to do some shopping so I have an idea on the cost.

I'm kind of interested in this too if we can start a rotable program to avoid downtime.

Its a Fat Bob so I have duals up front. I'd probably want to do all 3 depending on the cost. I couldn't tell from the pictures so can you explain what you "shave" on the calipers?

SLV, that would work just fine, and i can do fresh rebuilds as well. so they are like brand new when they arrive, would be a simple fill, install, bleed. prob take 10 min to swap the caliper

Normally I don't think red calipers would work that well visually, but on a blacked out bike like yours I think they would work well.

I know Joe doesn't need any more endorsements around here, but here's another one anyway: I was very happy with all the work he's done for me.
