you simply cannot compare oranges to apples buddy. If you want to know if teh PV is worth the extra coin all I can say is sell your micro if you have one and get the PV wether or not you can sell the micro.
I just installed an FM Micro for my stage1 and feel its perfect for my needs and setup. FM's map is nice, I was able to fine tune with the pots, I'm very happy with it. Stage 1 is all I plan to do to this bike, I don't see why I would need anymore tuner than the Micro.
If you have bigger plans maybe stepping up to the PV might be a good idea.

What do you mean? "I fine tuned it with the pots".
i had a micro when i was just running stage 1 and it worked flawlessly. the only reason i sold it to get the pv was because i added cams. jamie said the micro could be used with cams as well, but i liked the idea of adding the O2 sensors back in and using the auto tune feature (which seems to work very well btw). the other thing that is cool is that you have a ton of stuff that you can fine tune on the PV, along with all the different gauges that you can set up and view. it's a really cool unit for sure and gives you endless adjustability, including raising the rev limiter which is handy. i will say if you are going to just go with stage 1 and have no desire to really fiddle with anything, the micro will work well and you will spend quite a bit less.
This is why I want the PV, O2 sensors, I feel, should be utilized. Plus, the auto tune would be nice. I might do cams one day, but even without cams, I still think the PV would be a huge improvement over the Micro.
